Update Your Mail Client Settings

At NATCO, we are currently planning an upgrade to your mail servers to provide you with better access to e-mail services.  This will require changes to settings in some of our customers’ mail clients.  We have provided this page in order to make the change as painless as possible.  We realize that there are many different e-mail clients out there.  This page gives information for advanced users with any client on what to change their settings to.  It also gives detailed visual instructions for several different popular clients for people who are less sure of how to change their settings.  As with all changes of this type, if you do not understand the instructions or have a mail client that is not listed below, please feel free to call the NATCO help desk at (800) 775-6682.

For Advanced Users:

If you know how to configure your particular e-mail client software, please check that you have the following settings in the mail server area:

Incoming (POP, POP3) Mail Server:  pop.southshore.com

Outgoing (SMTP) Mail Server:  smtp.southshore.com

If your client is configured for anything other than these two settings, please change them to reflect what is shown above.  Note that having mail.southshore.com listed for both servers is NOT an acceptable alternative.  Please also make sure that any IP addresses (205.167.142.6 or similar) are also changed to the above names.

If you are unsure how to configure your mail client properly, please click on one of the links below to find detailed visual instructions for your particular client.  If your client is not listed here, please call the NATCO help desk at the number shown above.

Thank you for your cooperation as we continue to keep your services safe, secure and reliable at NATCO Technologies.
