Open Netscape, click on edit then preferences

When that screen appears click on the plus sign beside mail and newsgroups then click on mail servers

the outgoing mail server should be listed as smtp.southshore.com

to check the incoming mail server click on the edit button on top right

the incoming mail server should be pop.southshore.com

should be a pop3 server

Have your account name typed in

Click okay, close all the boxes, close netscape.

The next time you sign on all should be configured correctly for email.
