offices are closed on weekends, our trouble-reporting line is available
24 hours a day, 7 days a week at 425-7325, 453-8822 or 449-5087. You
can leave a message anytime youre experiencing problems. Technicians
monitor the messages left at those numbers and respond to any system
wide service outages over the weekend and after hours. Normal trouble
calls will be returned during normal working hours on the next regular
business day.

- One of our dial
up customers in Flippin recently taught us an important lesson about
troubleshooting Internet access problems: Its not always an Internet
problem.
He stopped by
our offices in Flippin to ensure his dial up Internet access account
was functioning properlyand it was, but had problems getting
online from home. When he brought his computer in for a technician
to look at, we found numerous hardware problems with his computer.
Our technicians
are happy to work with you and determine the source of your problem.
If its a problem with our equipment or service, well do
our best to repair it. Our technicians can help determine if the problem
is with your hardware or phone line, but cannot help diagnose or fix
those problems. Hardware problems must be addressed by your computer
store, phone line problems by your phone company.
Anytime you suspect
there may be a problem with your account, you can stop by our offices
in Flippin or our demonstration room at Brooks-Jeffrey Marketing in
Mountain Home and work with a technician to make sure your account
is functioning properly.

to introduce a new free service that youve been asking for: Web-based
e-mail.
This system, available
at https://webmail.natcotech.com,
will allow you to check your e-mail when out of town or on a temporary
basis.

The system is
great for out-of-town use, but we do not recommend using it for everyday
e-mail use. Please be aware of the differences between our regular
e-mail and the web-based e-mail service. If you have any questions
