paying late fees? Hate buying stamps? Don't live in Flippin? You can
easily pay your NATCO bill each month without leaving your home or doing
anything by taking advantage of NATCO's bank draft payment option available
to all customers. Call NATCO's office at 453-8800 or 1-800-775-6682
to sign up for this free service and each month your NATCO bill will
be drafted automatically from your checking or savings account. No more
hassle! For an added option, watch for our pay online service to be
activated in late April!
- To celebrate
our 50 years of serving customers in north central Arkansas, we're having
a party. All NATCO customers are invited to our 50th anniversary celebration
from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Friday, April 27, to take place at NATCO's
offices in Flippin. We'll be serving up hot dogs and sodas, demonstrating
technologies available from NATCO, and celebrating with 50s music, cars
and clothes on display. Door prizes will be given away.
- Going
to the home show? The Twin Lakes Home Builders are hosting their annual
home show April 20-21 at the Baxter County Fairgrounds. NATCO representatives
will be on hand.
- Faster
dial-up! Steven Sanders Jr., plant manager for NATCO, said completion
of a recent Access Node upgrade means faster Internet dial-up speeds
in Flippin, Omaha and Pyatt exchanges and better delivery of advanced
telephone services in remote areas. The integration project creates
a fully digital network, eliminating the analog to digital conversions
that limit digital transmissions, including Internet.

like about our services and what other services they are interested in.

NATCO Technologies
has launched a new Web site, http://www.natcotech.com/,
to serve our Internet and Web hosting customers. The site, designed by
NATCO Technologies partner Brooks-Jeffrey Marketing, offers a number of
handy features for NATCO customers, including:
- Quick
Class materials. Our entire Quick Class handout packet is available
online. NATCO offers one free Quick Class per account at partner Brooks-Jeffrey
Marketing's office in Mountain Home. The handouts now available online
to all customers are especially useful for those who need a refresher
course or who can't make it to class. Inside the handouts are tips on
the effective use of e-mail and Web browser software packages, search
engines and virus software.
- Bulletin
board questions. NATCO Technicians use the bulletin board to post common
questions and answers, which could help you solve problems more quickly,
24 hours a day, seven days a week. This service will be available in
late April.
- Newsletters.
Natco Net News (this electronic newsletter) is available in full text
online, including all issue archives.
- Pay your
bill online. Customers can now pay their Internet and phone bills online,
safely and securely. This service will be available in late April.
