Report Trouble via E-mail

February 2002
  • Learn how to send a Web page in an e-mail, defrag your hard drive, use your history and more at our Technical Support Bulletin Board.

  • We do regular system maintenance on our Internet equipment and the South Shore BBS every Wednesday morning, between 9:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. We try to minimize any "down time" by doing our maintenance at a regular time each week.

Events

  • Natco Technologies will be appearing at many special events this spring-stop by and see us!

South Shore Marion County Youth Leadership Technology Day, at NATCO, March 12
Senior Citizens Expo & Health Fair, March 27-28
Mountain Home Area Chamber of Commerce Career Expo, April 5
Twin Lakes Home Builders Home Show, April 19-20

Dialup

  • We welcome our new dial-up access customers who have signed up in the last few weeks from Superior Internet of Mountain Home, which has gone out of business. We have been working hard to provide these customers with top-quality Internet access without sacrificing the quality of our service to our existing customers.

With the increase in customers, we have installed equipment and support for our dial-up Internet service. Natco Technologies is committed to ensuring our equipment is up-to-date and available at all times for all customers. We are working hard to continue our tradition of excellent service at affordable prices to a larger group of customers.

If you're experiencing busy signals or getting disconnected, don't ignore it; please call Natco trouble reporting and our technicians can help you pinpoint the problem and fix it.

  • Your dial-up access account can be used on any computer-your home or work machine or a laptop when you're away from home. However, you can only have one computer logged on using your account at one time. For example, if you use your account to get online from work and your kids are home after school, the two of you cannot be logged on to the Internet at the same time. If you experience trouble logging on using your account, make sure none of your family members are already using the service. If you have questions, please call a NATCO technician.
