Dialup: Can you spare two cents?

Someone once said that opinions are like noses: everyone's got one.

Web sites: New Web hosting packages available

To serve our Web hosting customers better, NATCO Net has developed three Web hosting packages that may help save you dollars on your monthly Web hosting charges.

These packages are detailed in our new Internet brochure, which you can receive by calling NATCO at 453-8800 (toll free from NATCO exchanges) or at 1-800-775-6682, , or can review online at http://www.natcotech.com/internet.htm.

Existing hosting customers can switch their hosting to one of our packages by calling Natco at 453-8800 (toll free from NATCO exchanges) or NATCO Technologies partner Brooks-Jeffrey Marketing at 425-8064.

NATCO sells server space in 5 MB increments. Beginning in February, NATCO will charge an additional fee for going over the limit included in the service package. While the fee is reasonable -- $5 for an additional 5 MB of space -- many Web site owners can avoid charges by keeping their Web directories clean.

If a Web development firm maintains your site, they should be responsible for keeping your folders clear of any unnecessary files. According to NATCO Technologies partner Brooks-Jeffrey Marketing, "Keeping a client's Web directory clean and neat is part of our job -- that's not something the client should have to worry about."
