• Reminder: There are several options when it comes to paying your Internet Access bill. You can pay monthly by mail, online at www.natcotech.com/payonline.htm, or at any Bank of Yellville location.

  You can also pay for one year in advance at NATCO in Flippin or Brooks-Jeffrey Marketing, Inc, in Mountain Home. Remember, when you pay for a year in advance you receive your 13th and 14th months free! If you really want a discount, pay for two years in advance and get the following FIVE months free!

• Can't find that driver? When you need to locate a replacement part, computer accessory or driver update, the best place to start looking is your manufacturer's Web site. This will make it easy to ensure that any new equipment is compatible with the equipment you currently use. Most computer manufacturers offer driver updates for their hardware that you can download right from your computer.

  If you still don't have any luck finding your driver, try doing a search for "hardware driver" on the Internet. You will get returns that feature sites like www.driverzone.com. Just be careful to select drivers for the exact model that meet compatibility requirements with your equipment. The wrong driver either won't work or could cause your hardware to function improperly.

• Did you know you could access your e-mail right on the server without having to wait for it to download to your computer? Programs like JBMail let you do just that. JBMail is an Internet e-mail program that gives you quick access to your e-mail directly on the server! This is great for those of us with multiple accounts. JBMail supports the POP3 and SMTP protocols for receiving and sending mail and can be installed quickly on your system with minimal configuration.

  Programs like JBMail allow mail to be previewed or deleted without being downloaded. This is a perfect way to clean up your account if you get a lot of junk mail or spam.

  JBMail system requirements:
  JBMail runs on Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows ME, Windows NT 4.0, Windows 2000, and Windows XP. It has also been tested under Virtual PC on MacOS.
