Thank you NATCO Dial Up Internet Service as it has kept me in
touch with my son who is in college in Iowa and my family and friends that are in
Iowa and California. My
son in college is on his own for the first time in his life but he knows
he can communicate with me as much as he wants and needs via the
Internet. For those of us who cannot afford high long distance bills but

As I am

Computer
Did you know that you do not have to be at home to
check your e-mail? You can use any computer that has an Internet
connection to access your NATCO e-mail account. For easy instructions,

Or, to go straight to webmail, visit https://webmail.natcotech.com.
Enter your username and password in the fields provided and click
Login. Your NATCO e-mail account will load.
- To Access Your Filtered Spam Mail
If you are
a spam filter customer and would like to keep tabs on the mail that
gets filtered, access your Webmail Account using the steps above. In
your folder list, you will see a bulk mail folder.
Here, you can scan all mail that has been caught by the filter. NATCO
keeps all filtered mail accessible to you for 14 days - after that, it
is automatically deleted.
If you have a problem with spam
and would like to try NATCO's spam filter, call 1-800-775-6682. After a
one time fee of $10, you pay only $1.99 a month for the added
service.

Maintenance Window: NATCO
Technologies performs regular maintenance on Internet equipment every
Wednesday morning, between 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. Your Internet
service should not be affected. But, if you do experience an
interruption in service during this time, please try again a few moments
later. We try to minimize any "down time" by doing our maintenance at a
regular time each week.
