  • Surveys Submitted by June 30th Eligible for Prize Drawing
    NATCO Tech customers are invited to take part in the annual NATCO Technologies Customer Survey. When you complete the online survey and enter our prize drawing by June 30th, you may win three months of free dialup Internet service ($19.95 X 3 = $59.85) or an equivalent credit on your DSL or ISDN account. The survey can be found at www.natcotech.com/survey05.

    We want to hear from you whether or not you’re in the prize drawing. You may submit your answers without your contact information and your comments will come to us anonymously.

  • Telephone Customer Survey Begins This Month
    Do not be surprised if you receive a call this summer consisting of questions about your NATCO telephone service and your level of satisfaction with service provided by NATCO employees. We hope you will be able to participate in this survey, which is being conducted by an independent outside firm. Each call may take about 10 minutes. If you receive such a call, you will be one of 850 residential customers and 300 business customers contacted. Our comments may help us improve our services. Thank you for your cooperation if you are called.


  • WildBlue Satellite Internet Coming Soon
    NATCO Technologies is launching high speed Internet by satellite this summer, with service expected to begin in July. If you choose to subscribe, Internet service would be provided to you via a two-way, high-speed satellite dish. Satellite speed Internet is the perfect solution for people living in rural areas who don’t have access to DSL. That’s why NATCO Technologies is offering this option to our customers who reside in areas that cannot be served by our high speed DSL.

    You may pre-enroll for the new service and be placed on our waiting list for installation by completing a form inserted in the upcoming NATCO News. Plans start at $49.95 per month for the 512 Kb/128 Kb Internet service by satellite. An equipment package is necessary. Payments for the equipment may be made as an addition to your monthly charges, or may be divided into four payments with a one-year contract. You may also call us at 1-800-775-6682 or come by the NATCO offices at 301 E. Main, Flippin, to sign up.

  • Savings Not Just for New Customers
    Special offers of two to five months of free Internet service, which we advertise quite often, is not just for new customers. Established, loyal NATCO Tech customers can take advantage of the savings, too. If you are a continuing NATCO Tech Internet customer, call us, and put your monthly service on a one-year contract and pre-pay for the year. That way, at the end of that year, you’ll receive the 13th and 14th months free. Likewise, if you wish to put your continuing service on a two-year contract and pre-pay for both years, you’ll receive five months of service free at that contract’s end. Your 25th through 29th months will be free. Give our customer service representatives a call to take advantage of these offers at 1-800-775-6682.

    After spending all our lives in Texas, we moved here three years ago to be nearer our children and grandchildren. We left behind many dear friends and brothers and sisters. Several older friends have become ill, and it is so great to be able to keep in close contact with all of them via e-mail. It is especially comforting to get frequent updates via e-mail about their chemo treatments, and we try to give encouragement and cheer with our e-mails to them.

    Right now our favorite niece in Austin is having a stressful pregnancy, and she writes us often to keep us informed. Don't know what we would do without our NATCO e-mail.

  • Weekly Maintenance on Wednesday
    Each Wednesday morning from 12:01 until 5, NATCO Technologies performs regular maintenance on Internet equipment. Your Internet service should not be affected. But, if you do experience an interruption in service during this time, please try again a few moments later. We try to minimize any "down time" by doing our maintenance at a regular time each week.
