Report Trouble via E-mail

March 2002 - NATCO Notes
  • Learn how to change your browser’s home page, notify friends and family about a new e-mail address, organize your e-mail, and more at our Technical Support Bulletin Board.

  • Though NATCO’s offices are closed on weekends, our trouble-reporting line is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at 425-7325, 453-8822 or 449-5087. You can leave a message anytime you’re experiencing problems. Technicians monitor the messages left at those numbers and respond to any service outages over the weekend and after hours.

  • Make a note: NATCO offices will be closed March 29 for Good Friday.

Events

  • Natco Technologies will be appearing at many special events this spring-stop by and see us!

Senior Citizens Expo & Health Fair, March 27-28 at the Baxter County Fairgrounds
Mountain Home Area Chamber of Commerce Career Expo, April 5 at the Mountain Home High School
Twin Lakes Home Builders Home Show, April 19-20 at the Baxter County Fairgrounds

Dialup

  • We recently completed upgrades to equipment in Mountain Home and Baxter County to alleviate the temporary problems we were having after Superior Internet closed shop. Customers in Mountain Home and other parts of Baxter County should no longer get any busy signals when trying to log on to the Internet.

We had asked customers in Baxter County to use a temporary 425 access number while we were performing system upgrades. Now that the upgrades are complete, you should be using the normal access number, 508-5276.

If you need any help changing your dial-up number, please call our help desk at 425-7325.

And if you’re experiencing busy signals or getting disconnected, don’t ignore it; please call NATCO trouble reporting and our technicians can help you pinpoint the problem and fix it.

Web Pages
  • NATCO Technologies is proud to offer free dial-up access to the Twin Lakes Computer Users Group for use during classes held at Mountain Home High School.

In appreciation for the group’s ongoing efforts to educate the public about Internet access and computer usage, NATCO Technologies will also provide server space for hosting the group’s Web site.
