Find Your Way Among the Weblogs
If you want to know what people are saying in the popular Weblogs,
try visiting www.daypop.com.
Among the listings there, you'll find the Top 40 links popular
with bloggers from around the world.
Other lists for you to investigate
are Top News, Top Posts, Word Bursts, News Bursts, and Top Weblogs.
The last list selects 100 from more than 41,000 Weblogs available.

Blocking Web Ads
A way to block Web advertising from coming to you based upon the
Web sites you have visited in the past is to download a HOSTS
file. You can download and install a continually updated HOSTS
file at www.mvps.org/winhelp2002/hosts.htm.
A HOSTS file works like a phone directory that converts Web addresses
to IP addresses used to identify Web servers and blocks requests
to servers that deliver advertising and prevents the server from
tracking you.
- Winning E-Story Submitted by: Judy
Martin
Two weeks ago my husband was in India on a mission trip to teach native
pastors. His near 50 hour flight there and the long distance from home
was made much easier by getting an e-mail from him the day after he
arrived! What made this unique was that electricity was only available
several hours a day and that was his only chance to let me know he had
arrived safely! We thank the Lord for e-mail via NATCO!
Judy Martin just earned two free
months of NATCO Internet service! Submit your E-Story today and you
could be our next winner! Remember that you can enter more than once.
So, if you didn’t win this time, try again! Just go to www.natcotech.com/estories.htm
and tell us how using NATCO’s Internet or e-mail service has made
your life easier, helped you promote or manage your business, or simply
how much you enjoy using the Internet and e-mail. If your E-Story
is chosen, you’ll win two months of free NATCO dialup Internet service
($19.95 x 2 =$39.90) or an equivalent credit on your DSL or ISDN account.
- Win a Gift at South Shore Web Site
Have you visited the South Shore Web site at www.southshore.com
recently? It's the electronic community for the towns on and near the
south shore of Bull Shoals Lake and it's packed with information for
local residents and tourists. Now you may win a South Shore souvenir
- a tee shirt, a cap, chiller cups, and more - by just clicking on the
tee shirt at the top right corner of the home page. Sign up, and you
may be a winner!
James Brakebill is the first winner of
a South Shore tee shirt! Congratulations, James.
While at the South
Shore Web site, you may learn about the towns in the area - each
has its own Web page, compliments of South Shore. Find something fun
to do on the Calendar of Events. Keep up with the South Shore Soccer
Association, the Marion County Youth Leadership Team and the Marion
County Adult Leadership Team. Every week there are new articles and
a tour of the area is spotlighted.
- Using Multiple E-mail Addresses
To fight spam (electronic junk mail), consider creating multiple e-mail
addresses or accounts. Use one address for family and friends only.
Do not post this address online or give it to merchants. Your second
address can be used online and for purchases. If you begin to receive
unwanted e-mail at this address, you can delete that account while not
affecting your primary address.

Weekly Maintenance
on Wednesday
Each Wednesday morning from 12:01 until
5, NATCO Technologies performs regular maintenance on Internet equipment.
Your Internet service should not be affected. But, if you do experience
an interruption in service during this time, please try again a few
moments later. We try to minimize any "down time" by doing our maintenance
at a regular time each week.
All users agree to terms and guidelines published at www.natcotech.com/guidline.htm.
