Report Trouble via E-mail
  • See our Technical Support Bulletin Board to learn more about: Opening a New Internet Explorer Window, Checking for New Messages, Organizing Your E-mail, Adding Sites to Favorites, Sorting E-mail Messages, and many more interesting tips.

  • Although we at Natco Technologies have been greatly saddened by recent events, we feel it is our duty to warn our customers about some individuals who might attempt to take advantage of these circumstances.

      • Do not open an e-mail asking you to vote on what America's response should be to the attacks. This message contains a destructive Windows virus.
      • If you receive an e-mail warning about more attacks or telling of events that have happened related to September 11 or Anthrax, please keep in mind that these are probably hoaxes. Remember, TRUE warnings probably won't arrive by e-mail. Many of these false warnings are chain letters and should NOT be forwarded.
      • If you receive an e-mail asking for September 11 donations, confirm the authenticity of the message before responding to the request. A legitimate organization will include a name, address and telephone number that you can call to verify the information.

  • E-mail forwarding allows you to forward your e-mail to any other NATCO e-mail address. Taking advantage of this service makes keeping up with your e-mail easy and convenient. The cost is $1.00 per account per month. For more information about this or any service offered by NATCO Technologies, contact a customer service representative at: 1-800-775-6682.
  • Did you know....
      • Basic telephone service continues to work with DSL even when you have a power failure.
      • DSL can be over 50 times faster than 28.8 Kbps modems and up to 30 faster than 56 Kbps modems.
      • DSL delivers download speeds of up to 1.3 Mbs and upstream speeds of up to 512 Kbps.

  • For more information about DSL and what it can do for you, contact a representative at 1-800-775-6682.
  • Web Site Guidelines

NATCO Technologies provides access to the Internet, e-mail addresses, and space on its Web servers for the use of customers. In addition, server space may be rented by persons who are not dial-up customers.

The following are the guidelines that anyone who has a Web site on NATCO's server must abide by:

      • The space provided by NATCO on its Web server can't be used for any criminal or unlawful purpose, including the storage of any material which promotes any criminal or unlawful activity. This includes, but is not limited to, material such as artwork, writings, or a computer program protected by copyright, patent, trademark or any other legal right.
      • The space provided by NATCO also can't be used to store any material that threatens, defames, or abuses any person, group, or other entity.
      • The individual is solely responsible for the content of any material he or she stores in the space provided and NATCO maintains no control over material stored there.
      • NATCO is not responsible for any damage caused by loss of access to or deletion or alteration of Web site pages. The individual storing the Web site is responsible for monitoring it and creating backups of his/her pages.
      • NATCO has the right to remove any material from its server which it finds violates the spirit of these guidelines and NATCO is not responsible for any damage caused by the removal of any material.
      • Internet access or access to e-mail provided can't be used to send unsolicited mass mailings of e-mail for commercial or other purposes, a practice which is sometimes referred to as "spamming." If spamming occurs using an account provided by NATCO, the account will be immediately terminated.
      • NATCO will not reveal the identity of anyone using its Web server unless such action is required by legal authorities and no material will be removed without notifying the owner, either before or after the removal.

  • If you are uncertain whether these guidelines apply to your use or action, please send an e-mail to sandersj@natconet.com and we will assist you.
