at $29.95 per month) for customers in the NATCO telephone service
area is still available to limited portions of the NATCO calling
area! If you are not currently eligible, call us and we will add
your name to a list so that we can notify you when the DSL service
becomes available in your portion of the NATCO service area.

If you are struggling to find
a way to get more out of your phone line...there are options. Programs
like CallWave allow you to use the Internet without giving callers
a busy signal. With CallWave installed, when a friend calls you while
you are on the Internet, he/she is informed that you are online and
is able to leave you a message that you can hear over your computer
speakers. Although we recognize this as a viable option for customers
with one phone line, we encourage you to visit the CallWave Web site and examine the program
thoroughly to see if it is right for you. (CallWave has some performance
restrictions depending on which features your phone line has: call
waiting, voice mail, etc.)

or program. The purpose of the preceding article is to keep our customers
informed. We do not provide free technical support for software or

Always include a meaningful
subject with an e-mail so the recipient can decide how important the
message is.

Read over an e-mail before you
send it. Check for words or phrases that may cause confusion. Be sure
your message is clear and easy to understand.

Never send a
mass-mailing advertisement. This is number one in the e-mail
don'ts list. Think about
the amount of junk mail you receive everyday by regular mail.
Even though you don't want it, you still have to spend the time
weeding through it in order to find the mail that is important to you.
The same principle applies to e-mail. Would you want to search through
an inbox full of advertisements and other spam simply
to find that all-important message from your
boss?

Recent
Virus Threats
NATCO Technologies recommends that all customers update their virus
software (please visit www.norton.com or www.mcafee.com for instructions)
and perform a complete scan to confirm that their computer is not
infected.
If you determine
that your computer is infected with a virus, visit you virus software's
Web site for removal instructions.

Maintenance Window: NATCO
Technologies performs regular maintenance on Internet equipment
every Wednesday morning, between 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. Your
Internet Service should not be affected but if you do experience an
interruption in service during this time, please try again
a few moments later. We try to minimize any "down time" by doing
our maintenance at a regular time each week.
