- If
you are looking for a way to pay your bill locally, look no further!
All locations of the Bank of Yellville will accept your payment for
Natco Internet Service. If you pay your bill any given day by their
posting/closing business time, your payment will be posted that day.
If your payment is made after the posting/closing business time, your
payment will be posted the next day.
- Remember to keep
your inbox, sent items, and deleted items in your mail program as clean
as possible. Doing this will improve your system's performance. If you
get rid of items you no longer need, your system will have less data
to process when you open your mail program. Printing out your e-mail
as you go is a good idea. That way, you can keep your inbox clean as
you read your mail but you still have the information in hard copy in
case you need it later.
- If you use Outlook
Express as your mail program, it's best not to use a preview pane. There
are new viruses that can infect your system when you highlight the message
if a preview pane is visible. Even though the virus is contained within
an attachment, you do not have to open the attachment to release the
virus - all you have to do is open or preview the message itself.
Remember
- never open an e-mail from someone you don't know and never open an
e-mail with an attachment if you are not expecting it unless you first
confirm it with the sending party.
- In the recent past,
working with suppliers or partners on a project meant getting everyone
together in the same room, distributing stacks of documents and files
and hashing out ideas. Bringing everyone together took up office space,
travel and expense, as well as other office resources such as paper,
printer and/or copier ink and workers' time.
Many people are
looking at collaboration tools as a way to reduce the cost of projects
while increasing the effectiveness of collaboration. Natco
offers many solutions to these same concerns for its customers. Innovative
programs like Net Meeting, video conferencing and Natco's phone bridge
can help people conduct meetings without having to travel, thus reducing
expenses. For more information on one or all of these services, contact
a Natco customer representative at 1-800-775-6682 or e-mail: custserv@natconet.com.
