Thanks for Stopping by our Fair Booths
and Open House!
We were happy to see so many of our customers during four events in
August and September: NATCO's High Speed Challenge on August 26 at
the North Central Arkansas Speedway, the Baxter County Fair September
14-17 in Mountain Home, the Northwest Arkansas District Fair in Harrison
September 19-24 and our own Open House on September 29 in Flippin.
We enjoyed visiting with all of you and we were happy to learn how
we can enhance our services to better serve you. As a locally owned
telecommunications company, NATCO is committed to supporting our community
through participation in events that bring our community together.
We appreciate your taking the time to provide us with your comments
and suggestions. E-mail us anytime at: custserv@natconet.com.

- How Much Need for Speed?
If you don't have a great need for speed, NATCO offers reliable, economical
dialup service for only $19.95 per month. Our 56K modem dialup service
is available to all residents and businesses within the South Shore
region as well as Baxter County and throughout Boone County. It's still
one of the best bargains around for reliable Internet access.

It's New and All About WildBlue
Ten new Web pages devoted to WildBlue, NATCO's newest high speed Internet
access, are now available at www.natcotech.com/wildblue.
The information includes an online sign-up form, service area information,
packages and specs, Q & A and more.
For a limited time, professional installation of the WildBlue equipment
at your home or business is free ($179.95 value). To place your name
on the waiting list for WildBlue service, please call us today at
1-800-775-6682.
The satellite Internet service is about 30 times faster than dialup
Internet, comparable to the NATCO Tech DSL Internet service which
is available to customers who live within a certain distance from
telephone switching equipment. With WildBlue
Internet service, a remote location does not limit the high speed
service. This service is ideal for those who need high speed Internet
service but are not accessible to DSL.

- Winning E-Story Submitted by: Sarah Toblesky
My Internet service has helped me in hundreds of ways, from keeping in touch with a soldier in Afghanistan to just keeping up with pictures of my grandchildren. But recently I was involved in the latest hurricane, Rita. My daughter and granddaughters live in Katy, Texas. They had decided to evacuate to San Antonio. I used the Internet to keep up with weather warnings, etc., relative to Rita's path. I checked weather in Katy, highway conditions, etc. When my children decided to return to Katy, Texas, I knew they would be okay. My computer has become a very important part of my life, and to think I originally only used it to play games and work on my genealogy. Thank you NATCO, I've come a long way!
Sarah Toblesky just earned
two free months of NATCO Internet service! Submit your E-Story today
and you could be our next winner! Remember that you can enter more
than once. So, if you didn’t win this time, try again! Just go to
www.natcotech.com/estories.php
and tell us how using NATCO's Internet or e-mail service has made
your life easier, helped you promote or manage your business, or simply
how much you enjoy using the Internet and e-mail. If your E-Story
is chosen, you'll win two months of free NATCO dialup Internet service
($19.95 X 2 = $39.90) or an equivalent credit on your DSL or ISDN
account.
- Contributions to Gulf Coast Relief
Funds
Many Twin Lakes area residents have helped the survivors of Hurricanes
Katrina and Rita with donations to the American Red Cross Disaster Relief
Fund at www.redcross.org. The
Red Cross and many other worthy organizations have received a tremendous
response from around the world. The Red Cross and other legitimate organizations
do not typically solicit donations via e-mail. In fact, we suggest that
if you are interested in contributing to a relief fund, do so through
the organization's Web site, not in response to an unsolicited e-mail.
Recently, NATCO received a report from a customer who received an e-mail
request for funds for hurricane victims - the request was not legitimate.
As always, we at NATCO suggest that you should not open, much less respond,
to e-mail messages from unfamiliar or suspicious sources.
