Setting up Outlook Express for Natco Mail Servers.

Open outlook express so that you see this screen

note: you do not have to be online to do this

Once you are on this screen click on tools then go down to accounts, click on accounts then click on the tab that says mail

You might have your Natco mail named differently then the one that is showing in above

Picture, that is okay. Now click on the properties button over to the right.

It will open a new screen.

Now click on the tab that says servers

Make sure you type incoming server as : pop.southshore.com

outgoing server is smtp.southshore.com

You should type these all in lower case with no spaces.

Once, your server page looks like this one (with your account name and password). Click on apply, then click okay.

Now you will be back to the accounts box, click close.

Close Outlook Expres.

The next time you connect to Natco and open Outlook Express all should work correctly.
